Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to refund Your Order within 24 Hrs with giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for refund an Order is 24 Hrs from the date on which You received the Data Download Access
In order to exercise Your right of refund, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the clear statement. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Order to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Order were purchased in the last 24 Hrs
  • After Getting the Database Access if more than 2 files or above 10 MB Data Downloaded Refund is Not Applicable
  • If the order not made using coupon code of more than 50% discount
  • If the order made without seeing data sample
  • The Data available in the access link is common to every buyer.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Promo Code

If the Order were marked as a coupon code used when purchased, You'll not receive any promo credit for the value of your return.
